*IMPORTANT-**If you would like pictures of deficiencies presented at your hearing. Please include your Property ID# and send via email to info@benceptm.com before 5/31/2017. **If pictures are not received prior to this date they will not be presented**

Appointment Of Agent
The Appointment of Agent form notifies the appraisal district that your protest will be represented by our firm. This document gives us authorization to negotiate on your behalf during property tax protest proceedings. During those proceedings we will aggressively attempt to negotiate a favorable valuation.
